The main Post Office in Gorazde is fully functional and provides all postal services. Mail is delivered at home addresses. The Main Post Office, via its offices in Vitkovici, Praca, Ustikolina, Ilovaca and Mravinjac, covers the whole territory of the municipality as well as Pale Federation and Foca. These days, the delivery service expects to get new motorcycles.

Telecommunications are good, but still need to be improved. The network covers villages closer to the city. In more distant villages, at least one or two phones are in function. The Main Post Office in Gorazde uses a digital switchboard with 4 160 connections. The branch offices are located in Osanica, Ilovaca, Praca, Ustikolina and Mravinjac and they have additional smaller switchboards. Works for enlargement of the switchboards in Ilovaca, Osenica and Ustikolina should start soon. This will increase the number of telephone lines for these areas. Currently, the worst situation is in the villages Beric and Rasetnica, because there is no telephone infrastructure.
